Our Full Planning Package is for the couple who wants all the help they can get! Our goal is use our decades of experience to guide you through the process and manage all the little details. We’ll be by your side from the venue search to the moment you head out for your grand exit! 

Full Planning begins one year out from your wedding date and includes:

• Unlimited Communication

• Create + Monitor Budget

• Venue Research + Tour Coordination

• Vendor Sourcing + Selection

• Approve all vendor contracts prior to signing

• Attend vendor meetings

• Develop + manage wedding day timeline

• Assist with wedding weekend hotel room blocks

• Develop floor plan design 

• Ensure vendors are paid in accordance to their contract

• Manage wedding guest list + RSVPs

• Communicate all special dietary needs of wedding guests to catering team

• Final walk through with venue and any vendors who wish to attend

• Coordinate + manage wedding rehearsal

• Act as the main point of contact throughout the wedding weekend for all vendors and bridal party

• 10 hours on wedding day (includes 1 assistant)
